As a new owner of Cranford Trattoria Bel Paese Cooking Academy, then leading his restaurant to wining Zagat award 2013 best Italian restaurant North New jersey, started learning Culinary art in London at a young age, George Joseph - Educative chef and cooking Instructor. He followed his passion to food and decided to specialize in teaching Italian cuisine. Chef l
ived in Italy where he polished his Italian cooking skills then moving to Melbourne, Australia where he opened his first Italian restaurant. There he started teaching cooking. George's Philosophy: "Good food does not need to be complicated. In fact, the best food is often the simplest." His recipes and cooking style reflect this fact. Fresh ingredients, treated simply and with respect, are the foundation of great meals.
